Richard Neville brings a distinguished career spanning military service, global finance, and strategic leadership. A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (BA Commerce) and the University of Western Ontario (MBA), Richard has excelled in diverse roles, blending operational precision with business acumen.

Richard’s military foundation includes leadership roles as a Platoon Commander and Operations Officer, earning him top honors in Canada’s CSS programs and paratrooper wings. Transitioning to the private sector, he built a remarkable track record in Asia, holding C-suite roles in investment banking, private equity, and the management of high-growth hospitality and consumer brands.

Notably, as CFO, COO, and Chief Investment Officer of Minor International (MINT), Richard drove the organization’s expansion into a global hospitality powerhouse, recognized thrice by *Forbes* for its excellence. He also managed the pioneering Myanmar Fund, demonstrating his expertise in emerging markets.

In recent years, Richard has advised family offices in Southeast Asia on business restructuring, IPO preparation, and cross-border M&A, leveraging his financial and operational expertise. A certified Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) professional through GARP, he is deeply committed to integrating ESG principles into business strategy.

Richard’s leadership extends to education and community, having served for over a decade on the Foundation Board of Bangkok Patana School, overseeing its growth and operations. Andrew has successfully led organizations of 300+ employees, managing operations spanning Japan to India and South Africa to New Zealand. His expertise includes overseeing complex, multi-million-dollar capital equipment projects, ensuring strategic alignment and meticulous governance in engineering and manufacturing sectors.

A passionate advocate for environmental sustainability, Andrew has collaborated with governments and industry leaders to implement cutting-edge environmental technologies in Australia and New Zealand. His contributions have set new benchmarks for sustainability practices in the region.

Andrew’s governance credentials are equally impressive. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, he currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for companies in both Australia and New Zealand, bringing strategic vision and a commitment to sustainable growth to every board he serves.

Libby Costin is a global strategic leader with deep expertise in sales, marketing, strategy, and business transformation. Having held senior leadership roles in prominent FMCG and B2B organizations, Libby is conversant in both environments and is equally adept at creating strategic business plans and at executing and optimizing growth initiatives. She understands the intricacies of working in both large publicly traded and private companies, including PepsiCo, Avery Dennison, and Tetra Pak.

Libby combines a broad business understanding forged in multiple global assignments with exceptional proficiency in sales, marketing and business transformation, a record of innovative approaches to business growth with a strong commitment to talent development.

At PepsiCo she advanced rapidly through sales, customer, and marketing leadership roles, working on all major PepsiCo brands in the USA before heading to Shanghai, China to lead Pepsi’s growing sales organization. Libby next moved to Avery Dennison and led a team of 1,200 to strong growth and profit improvement in the Apparel Division based in Hong Kong, taking on additional geographic responsibility for South and Central America as well as Asia. At Tetra Pak Libby held multiple marketing leadership roles both global and regional introducing groundbreaking innovation and transformation in the marketing function which gained significant industry and customer recognition worldwide.

As Managing Director of Tetra Pak Iran, Ashutosh led market expansion and operational efficiencies, followed by an additional regional role overseeing Marketing and Product Management for the Greater Middle East, driving portfolio strategy and customer engagement.

At Tetra Pak’s Global Product Development Centre in Modena, Italy, Ashutosh played a key role in shaping the company’s packaging materials, filling equipment, and product management strategies for its ambient packaging portfolio in the dairy and beverage sector.
